Get Ready for Victory

What are you fighting for? Victory is on the way if you don’t give up. Did you hear that? You will have the victory! God has designed you to receive His blessings and that includes His victories. We fast and pray in the spiritual, but we strive for them in the natural.

I don’t know what you are holding on to or what you are praying for, but don’t give up. Don’t get tired. Don’t get weary in well-doing for you will receive if you faint NOT. Many times, people give up right before victory arrives. God has never lost a battle and because of that, you are guaranteed victory!

I Know You Are There

I have moments when I feel all alone. Moments when I can’t see You Lord working in my life, but I know You are there. There are moments when I feel stagnant in my relationship with You. Moments when things don’t seem to be going like I think they should, but I know You are there. I become overwhelmed by what I am facing, that I don’t feel You near me, but I know You are there.

I realize it’s the issues consuming my life at that moment that is trying to crowd You out, but I quickly find my way back to You when I seek You in the secret place. I reconnect with You and I feel Your presence surround me, enveloping me in Your arms and I feel safe. I feel secure because I know You are there. You never left me and You never will.

Tired of Waiting?

It’s my deepest desire to be used by the Lord. I love encouraging others who have been hurt, those who have been broken. But I want to be used on a much deeper level than what I am. My spiritual mentor has been telling me for years that God wants to use me more than I want to be used. So, why the wait? What’s up with this Lord? I don’t understand on most days, but today I do understand.

God demands a specific level of intimacy between He and I with no distractions. He demands a completely submitted soul. He demands the highest integrity and character. I receive those opportunities as I am faced with life’s difficulties, trials and tribulations. A crisis will rise up out of the blue and I am tested. If I fail, then God will use another situation to test me again. This will keep happening until I pass the test. Once I pass the test, then I get to move on to the next level.

There will always be another level to strive for. As I am obedient to the Lord and prove my love to Him by living a consecrated, sanctified and holy life, then He will bless me with those deepest desires of being used. I may get tired of waiting, but this journey is mine to walk. No one can do it for me. It’s up to me how quickly I reach the next level. There truly is nothing more important than spending time with Jesus and the more time I spend with Him, the closer I will become to Him.

“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” Isaiah 40:31
