Long before you were born, the Lord of the universe had a plan. He had a vision, a hope, and a future that included you. Of all the people that have lived and died since creation, God still purposed in His heart to form you! Beautiful, chosen, unique, quirky, goofy, bold, courageous, YOU!

The enemy of your soul wants nothing more than to destroy your purpose, identity, and your future. By taking on his lies of unworthiness, you allow him piece by piece to steal, kill, and destroy the plan and purpose God has for your life.

Let us hold fast to Gods word and not the deceiving lies of satan. Let us boldly approach the throne of grace, and boldly make our petitions and request known to our Father. He longs to pour out blessing, hope, and purpose into open, willing vessels. I pray that we would be yielded in the hands of our Creator and Redeeming Father, and that we would claim His victory and promises over us as yes and amen!

God didn’t bring you this far just to let you die in the wilderness! Keep moving forward and keep pressing through until you make it to your promise land!

If the enemy has stolen something from you along the way, take back what he stole and start praising the Lord for your victory. The devil is a liar. The enemy is under our feet! God loves His children too much to allow them to be overtaken by what He has already defeated.

Remember, we fight FROM victory. The battle is not ours, it is the Lord’s! And in case the devil forgot, the battle has already been won!

“But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” I Corinthians‬ ‭15:57‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

These four women: Tamar, Rahab, Ruth and Bathsheba have something in common. They are grandmothers in Jesus' family tree! Grandmothers!

Some had affairs, were prostitutes, they lied and were truly not the starry eyed perfect princesses.

💕 But God chose them..... These four broken women.

And that's why the artist Tricia Robinson gave them crowns. A symbol of grace and love from our Creator and Redeemer.

“The family tree of Christ startingly notes not one woman but four. Four broken women-women who felt like outsiders, like has-beens, like never-Beens.

Women who were weary of being taken advantage of, of being unnoticed, and Uncherished and unappreciated; women who didn't fit in, who didn't know how to keep going, what to believe, where to go- women who had thought about giving up.

And Jesus claims exactly these who are

Wandering

And wondering

And wounded

And worn out

As His.

He grafts you into His line and His story and His heart, and He gives you His Name, his lineage, his righteousness."

✨ Wow.....powerful yet such tender grace.

May we all walk forth this day, this advent, this new year with new eyes to see grace in more beautiful ways and give grace to others and receive grace from God as well.

To God be the glory. Amen and amen.
